Job Description : CEO DUBAI an International Group with a strong presence in the agricultural and fresh produce industry. Building on years of relationships combined with new investment, the client is looking to continue their rapid growth plans in the region. This business group have been doubling the size of their business every year, and aim to continue this aggressive growth. Job Description The CEO will be responsible, but not limited to the following: · Supporting the operations, handling shipments of 150+ containers of fresh produce per month · Working with Group HQ to develop growth strategies and develop into new categories and supplier partnerships · Ensure a high standard of consistency is being met, both internally and with external partners across supply, quality and service · Commercially develop the business to support its rapid expansion, including developing new relationships, building larger teams and ensuring commercial growth plans are executed The Successful Applicant To be considering for this position you must have: · Proven track record in managing high volumes of imports/ exports, ideally within Fresh Produce · Middle East experience (5+ years) with strong supplier and customer relationships, ideally within Fresh Produce · 20+ years of total experience, ideally 5+ years in an executive/ director+ commercial role · Strong education background, MBA is an advantage · Highly ethical and compliant when conducting business · Previous experience in managing large teams with a track record of developing talent and building headcount
