Head of Finance

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE ASIA one of leading logistic company, currently they are looking for Head of Finance, APAC to strategize the finance of Asia logistics business Main Duties & Responsibilities: This is a pivotal role in being responsible for driving financial strategy in alignment with the business strategy and ensure high standard of Financial Reporting for all countries in Asia as follows; · Conduct monthly closes and reviews against forecast, budget and prior year; provide commercial insight and advice in order to achieve business targets · Ensure all countries file in statutory accounts and tax in accordance to local statutory requirements and Manage auditor and tax agent to ensure compliance to local statutory requirements · Review new business project paper from all countries in Asia through conducting risk assessments on investments vs returns and cash requirements · Review monthly forecast for rest of year against budget for all countries in Asia to ensure that they are on track to achieve full year budget and monitor cash flow in all Asia countries to support business growth Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should possess minimum of 15 years of experience with proven track records in team management forecast, Financial reporting, strategy planning, and accounting standards. You should be professionally qualified with a recognized Degree in Finance/ Accounting. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in supply chain or logistic industry is highly preferable You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill.
