Job Description : HEAD OF M & A and STRATEGY APAC out of SINGAPORE a Global FMCG company with worldwide presence. Due to an aggressive expansion of business plans within the APAC Region, they are currently looking for an accomplished Head of M&A and Strategy to lead strategy and develop M&A pipeline with corporate strategy Main Duties & Responsibilities: This is a pivotal role in being responsible for leading M&A projects in close collaboration with the regional leadership team and developing a robust M&A pipeline for APAC including building relationships with potential acquisition targets. Ensure alignment of the M&A pipelines with overall corporate strategic imperatives. You will work with the regional leaders to develop strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and deliver target profitability and economic returns to ensure that strategic plans are aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Participate and facilitate the incorporation of strategic and operating agenda targets into the annual goals and objectives Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should possess minimum 12 years of experience with direct experience in end to end M&A transaction from corporate and investment banking. You should be professionally qualified with a recognized Degree in Finance/ Accounting. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the FMCG or consumer products industry is highly preferable You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset and able to handle complex matters with multiple initiatives
