Business Head

Job Description : Business Head – HVAC OMAN Managing the complete HVAC business unit, as Business Head, which include the Applied (chillers and airside), and DX range. Activities of the business unit include specify and sell Chillers – both water-cooled and air-cooled, AHUs, VRV systems, etc. Required to draw up strategy, initiate, devise, and plan budgets, monitor the business progress as per the target guidelines, ensure sales turnover, gross margins, and net profitability of the business in accordance with approved budgets. Graduate, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a business management degree. Experience of at least 15 to 20 years in the HVAC business, with specific exposure to applied and unitary systems. Should have worked in a large company that is a distributor for leading international HVAC brand of chillers (Carrier/ York/ Trane/ Daikin), in a similar position, handling a team of salespersons, and estimators. Solution selling experience to end customers and contractors is essential. Preferably should have five to six years’ experience working in the GCC with GCC driving license Thorough knowledge of the HVAC industry, with specific reference to applied and unitary products.
