Facility Manager

Job Description : Facilities Manager DUBAI 10+ years experience Desired Candidate Profile • Ideally Educated to Degree level in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related subjects, or demonstrate such a level of equivalent qualifications and experience. • Experience in Supporting Buildings with complex 24x7 Datacentres. • Experience in HVAC, Electrical, UPS and Gensets • Good Communication and presentation Skills • Excellent IT skills, Real Estates Management software (help desks, estates asset data, PPM etc.) and Microsoft office suite (word, excel, project) • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure. Must have minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 yrs of Managerial experience.
