Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING HEAD MUMBAI Experience – 15 to 20 yrs Qualification – Graduate/MBA Designation – Head- Sales & Marketing Location – Mumbai Key Skills – We want a person who has exposure into sales and marketing activities. (exp in plastic industries ) Job Responsibilities: Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments. Develop a Sales plan / forecast, expense budget with corresponding initiatives to achieve the numbers / desired gross margins Ensure the new channel of communication well capturing more brand awareness among new generation and new customers. Enhance the retailer relationship and maximize brands exposure. Manage all elements of the Marketing Mix to maximize performance in market: product - proposition, packaging distribution (recommendations to sales team),customer and retailing developments on marketing and how these will affect the execution of product strategies in outlet. Briefing creative agencies and agency management as well as brand asset management; Experienced in packaging design and management with a keen eye on packaging excellence.Monitor both Primary and Secondary Sales Achieve the business numbers and profitability as per the business plan / projections
