Job Description : Facilities Manager, DUBAI 10+ years experience Desired Candidate Profile ¥ Ideally Educated to Degree level in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related subjects, or demonstrate such a level of equivalent qualifications and experience. ¥ Experience in Supporting Buildings with complex 24x7 Datacentres. ¥ Experience in HVAC, Electrical, UPS and Gensets ¥ Good Communication and presentation Skills ¥ Excellent IT skills, Real Estates Management software (help desks, estates asset data, PPM etc.) and Microsoft office suite (word, excel, project) ¥ Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure. Must have minimum 7 years of experience with at least 3 yrs of Managerial experience.
