Job Description : SALES MANAGER GHANA for leading group in to Personal care and health care product. Qualification: Graduate (Science Background)./MBA Job Description: . Conducting Training/Technical Meetings and helping distributors through the appropriate trainings (Product, Marketing Plan & Tools Usage Trainings). . Planning and Goal Setting for crown and above with Vision and mission of the company . Cultivating strong relationships with new distributors through meetings, while maintaining existing distributor relationships. . Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required for prospective clients. . Coordination with staff across all departments to float/resolve queries of distributors/leaders Coordination with IT team for Upload/updation of the training schedule on website. . Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with distributors via email, phone, and in-person Audit related to (Franchisees visit / month, Leader’s Training quality Audits). . Making Stock Statement and sales forecast Report/ Proposed inventory of products
