Factory Manager

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER DRC One of the leading newly growing FMCG food processing/ Manufacturing business of Central Africa is currently looking to recruit A Factory manager /General Manager to Direct & lead the department manager of quality,process ,electrical production,maintenance operations, engineering and supply chain of the Dairy food factory . Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for ensuring the production and operational process on site is as efficient as possible to play its part in the future growth strategy of the business. Strong technical Proven cost saving implementation experience and to form organisation structure will also be advantageous for this role. Food, specialy Dairy ,UHT milk ,SCM milk, Biscuits Manufacturing experience is essential Aseptic Food Manufacturing experience is essential for this role. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION. B.tech (Dairy) / B.tech (food) or Graduate in science or Degree/Diploma in Dairy or food technology or relevant qualifications along with minimum 8 years as a factory manager or General manager work experience in food processing factory/ Dairy company
