Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Description : Manager Accounts & Finance Location : Mine Site, Mozambique Key Result Areas · Preparation of Financial Statements - Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, MIS · Ensuring day-to-day accounting transactions and verification. · Expertise in MS office and goods hand on with Navision system - Preferable · Cash Management & Updating of creditors control report. · Monthly review of books of accounts, book all the provision entries, preparation of variance analysis with suppliers. · End to End control of all statutory compliances applicable to the Company such as IVA, IRPS, INSS, Workmen compensation, Surface tax etc · Accounting of all the CAPEX and OPEX incurred by the Company · Accounts receivable activities, review the purchase request, purchase order and reconciliations · Payroll review and processing for all the employees · Review payments, imprest and other Accounts payable activities · Coordination with Statutory, Internal Auditor and other consultants · Attending to departmental audits and visits . Overseeing Vendor reconciliations and payment timelines
