Job Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER a reputable Pharmaceutical company in Lagos is urgently seeking to hire a Chief Operating Officer/General Manager. Job Responsibilities: • Provision of cross-functional, strategic leadership for the operation of key business functions, including but not limited to: Business Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Customer Services, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence, Compliance, IT Systems, Engineering • Strategic Planning & business development • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision that will outperform competitions • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication • Participates in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, R & D/Production, corporate alliances etc.) • Management of Manpower, Machines, Materials & Money for optimal performances • Day to day general administration of business operations company wide Experience and Qualification: • Must process first degree in B.Pharm and second degree in MBA (Marketing)/M.Sc (Management) • Must have 15-20 years experience in pharma and 5+ years cognate experience in Managerial position • Must be between 35-45 years of age. • S/he must be IT Savvy with excellent management skills & a team player
