15 yearsJob Description : REVENUE MANAGER DUBAI This is for a beverage company As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable growth of the business through long- and short-term strategies correlating to pricing and promotion as well as steering to companies’ product mix management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Reporting to the Commercial Director, where the candidate will utilize price elasticity to develop and execute a multiyear pricing roadmap and annual operating plan. · Building and managing pricing and promotion governance. · Establish and implement revenue management KPIs and the delivery of specific revenue management objectives. · Engage with the multi-functional team, mainly marketing, to drive profit accretion. · Capture profitable opportunities by implementing innovation in collaboration with consumer marketing. · Maximize profitable return by working with sales and trade marketing in identifying opportunities to ‘beat the curve’ · Identify ways to create category value. KEY INGREDIENTS · Minimum of 5 years as Revenue Manager in F&B manufacturing, preferably in the beverage category. · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE market with proven results and 15+ years in revenue · Arabic-English bilingual is preferable. · Entrepreneurial, dynamic, ambitious, commercial, and adaptable to an ever-changing industry. · Strong leader who is able to demonstrate a high level of communication across multiple cultures.
