Job Description : DIRECTOR SUPPLY PLANNING for the Liaison office of a USA Brand. • Job location = Bangalore, India. • Sal budget = INR 55,00,000 to 60,00,000 PA / negotiable. • Exp = 18 to 21 yrs / Open. • Nationality = Indian • Expertise in tools like SQL, R, Robotics, etc to work on capacity and demand - management, planning, prioritization, allocation & optimization – keeping in mind the service , inventory and cost objectives of the organization. The professional is to drive the improved performance and formalize metric and supplier collaboration opportunities, create the framework ( metrics, data visibility, product resource & capacity attributes, and internal team collaboration) to make enhanced supplier collaboration possible, drive a performance culture and bring greater awareness, as an advocate for the business, the customer and product strategies to suppliers. Build real collaborate process with cross-functional partners. As a strategic lever in the supply chain, partner with adjacent key teams, such as fulfilment, logistics and raw material management (product design), to optimize execution of delivery.
