Job Description : Head HR - Central / Southern Africa Age group 35 - 40 yrs. The position will be responsible for managing all HR and EmploYee Relations and other HR functions for all manufacturing units which is primarily into manufacturing and marketing, mainly, FMCG products. This position reports to the Group CEO. Post Graduate in Human Resources. Post qualification experience of minimum 12 - 15 yrs out of which atleast 3 yrs should be at a senior level.
