Supply Chain Head

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD INDONESIA As the new head of Supply Chain in this growing FMCG business in Jakarta, you will be in charge of all the warehousing and logistical side of the company's inventory. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor, track and improve forecast bias and accuracy · Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply · Assist logistics processes for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products · Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective · Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors. To succeed in this role, you must have good planning and execution skills. Key Requirements: · Good in strategic thinking · Demonstrated strong competence in analytics and decision making · Knowledge in forecasting system is an advantage · Leadership skills · Strong interpersonal and communication skills This is a leading food distribution provider of fresh produce to household (B2C) and restaurants (B2B).
