15 yearsJob Description : Claims & Complaints Manager Candidates available locally are preferred. Qualifications & Skills; Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Risk & Insurance Management or Law. Min 14 yrs of experience in Claims & Reinsurance including 5 years experience in the energy, oil/gas & petrochemical industry. Professional Certification from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is an advantage. Expert at Policy review, Processes & Procedures, Reinsurance Recovery, Claims Management / Analysis, Loss Adjuster Reports, Legal & Compliance, Loss Reserves, Complaints & Grievances Excellent communication skills, attention to detail are required. Bilingual language skills Arabic & English is an advantage.
