Regional Finance Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER SINGAPORE a market leader with global operations within the Consumer Goods industry They have registered strong growth in recent years with significant presence in APAC and continues to invest in key markets globally. Due to continuing business needs, they are now seeking to recruit a technically strong Finance Manager to manage its SEA operations here. Job Description Taking on a team management role, you will manage the full spectrum of financial and management reporting, tax and audit functions and ensure the local compliance to regulations and policies in SEA supported by various teams located in-country and in Singapore. You will support the business leaders in all strategic evaluations, budgeting and forecast as well as management reporting process. As part of their ongoing transformation journey to improve operational excellence and drive continuous improvements in processes. The Successful Applicant You should be Accounting & Finance degree qualified and/or with professional qualifications in CA/CPA. You should have minimally 12 years of working experience with the recent 5 years in a people management capacity. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with good operational accounting and leadership skills. You are both a strategic and hands-on leader who is able to provide coaching and support for the team. You are a confident individual who is able to manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-cultured environment.
