Job Description : GM OMAN • BSc/BA in Business or relevantfield Rubber technologist, polymers MSc/MA is a plus. H.- Oversee day-to-day operations. H. Design strategy and set goals for growth. H.- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. H. Set policies and processes. H.- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally. H- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees. H.- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. H.- Direct the employee assessment process. H.- Prepare regular reports for upper management. • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations. H.- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) H.- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the Rubber nun tyre products Min 20 year experience. H. Experience in planning and budgeting. H.- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills.
