Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience Salary upto USD 30K per month savings · Experiance of sales Marketing of Fertilizer · Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations. · Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans · Responsible for Yearly Marketing plan and Sales Plan. Conduct Monthly Sales review and reporting · New product development through market gap analysis and responsible for new product rollout across West Africa · Align with Company’s IT policy, monitor and enable the technology rollout. Ensure team is trained and adapting to technology · Government liaison at all levels to enable smooth functioning of business · Allocate work, manage team, set KPI and monitor. Plan and implement growth needs of the team · Overall responsibility of customer sales collections Required Candidate profile · Bachelor’s degree required · Requires advanced knowledge of sales/marketing within the agriculture industry · Command of the English language both written and verbal · Strong media, presentation and computer skills · Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Client Relationships · Government Liaison, People Management and Territory Management
