Job Description : Vice President – Projects INDIA Responsibilities: • Process & Technology • Carry our Process Engineering, Detailed Engg and Commissioning of new Chemical Plant Projects. • Knowledge of Preparing PFD, PID, Design of Equipment, Piping, Specifying Instruments, Safety, Hazop study. • Planning of Capital Budget for Capacity Increase & Cost Reduction / Improvement Projects and Seek Management approval. • Monitor, Measure & Analyse Key Operational Characteristics at Planned intervals to Improve Operational Effectiveness. • Complete Process Design in Consultation with Technology and Equipment Suppliers Wherever required. • Take Necessary Steps to finalise & Approve Plant Process Changes. • Evaluate Technical Bids for all Project Related Equipment. • Project Management. • Manage Green Field Projects - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil Work. • Utilisation & Effective Deployment of Resources. • Cost Estimation, Budgeting & Cost Control Measures. • Implementation of Project as Per Budget & the Timelines. • Installation /Commissioning of Equipment's, Machinery's in Stipulated time & Cost. • Chemical / Mechanical Engrs with about 20-25 years Exp. in the above areas respectively in Chemicals, Agrochemical / API Organisations.
