General Manager Sales 

Job Description : GM SALES GHANA a leading tea packaging and marketing company from India with international presence across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Developing business in West African region. Developing distributors and importers in West African Region and manage relationship with existing customers. Responsible for marketing activities through dealers and distributors. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve company’s goal. Analyzing markets for business trends and market insights. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Must be fluent in French. Must have experience in sales in countries like Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Benin, Liberia and Togo. Knowledge in B2B sales and marketing, ideally in FMCG products. Must be a self-starter, and have demonstrated ability to succeed independently. The position is based in Ghana. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in West Africa region and 15+ years experience
