Financial Controller

Job Description : FC KENYA This is for steel industry 1. Management Roles • Oversee the planning and budgeting of the construction of the go downs. • Manage the procurement of all materials needed for the project. • Direct, plan, and supervise financial department and its interface with other departments, clients, financial organizations and authorities. 2. Company Accounts and Finance Management • Oversee book keeping, cash flow management, process statutory, credit control and Bank reconciliations. • Prepare Management Reports - debtors reports, monthly P&L, Trial Balance, Bank summary. • Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting; Asset Management; cash flow management; payroll processing; management reporting. • Handle both external Audit & KRA audit and implement internal control systems. • Oversee cash flow and financial instruments and handle all financial matters of the company. 3. Risk Management, Financial Reporting and Compliance • Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses. • Maintain the company's financial data records, Preparation of timely and accurate financial reports and Invoices on accrual basis. • Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the land. CA with minimum 15 years of experience into managing the finance functions.
