Job Description : GM SUGAR PLANT TANZANIA a leading sugarcane production and processing company in Tanzania (East Africa) Job Responsibilities : To manage overall operations of the Sugar Plant. Production Planning and Scheduling, Planning for raw material. Material Planning for the Crushing operations. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. Operations and Maintenance of Sugar Plant and Distillery. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. Inventory Control. Project Management and Implementation. Manpower Planning and Control. Candidate Profile: Degree Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Sugar Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience as General Manager of a sugar factory with Wood Technical, Mechanical and Electrical knowledge of the equipment used within the factory. Candidate should have working experience in Africa.
