Job Description : COST ENGINEER/ESTIMATOR For OMAN Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.) and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute. "Senior Cost Control Estimating Engineer; Minimum 15 years experience as Cost Estimating and Control in a Construction and Oil and Gas environment. Preferable familiar with Company or Shell standards and guidelines Fully conversant with International Design & Construction Standards for the Oil & gas industry. Skills in SAP, SAP BW, CCES, Candy, Primavera and other Cost control and Estimating systems
