Job Description : CEO DUBAI FOR FMCG a multinational business with a strong presence in the food and beverages industry. They are looking for a CEO to manage their existing portfolio across multiple regions whilst work on the expansion plans through innovations, distribution, and new marketing strategies. Responsibilities ? The primary responsibility of the CEO is to ensure sustainable, profitable growth of the brands on a global basis. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management ensuring company growth across the globe. Critical reporting priorities · Market analysis · Brand progress · Innovation progress · Advertising and promotional effectiveness · Monthly financial reporting, variance analysis Core Competencies · Partner Relationships · Disciplined Analysis and Testing · Creativity · Strong Values Qualifications · Over 18+ years of experience, ideally within the FMCG/Food businesses · Proven track record of managing multiple brands through innovation strategies · Previous experience in managing multi-regional/global businesses is highly preferred · Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. MBA is an advantage
