12 yearsJob Description : Contracts Administrator Abu Dhabi Experience · At least 13 years of experience in quantity survey functions for construction industry operations · Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of prime contract and subcontract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project. · Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement, and construction functions and general business techniques. Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments. · Skilled in developing contract administration policies and procedures. Considerable managerial level experience in quantity surveying and contract administration. Knowledge · Awareness and experience with: Contracts; JCT, ICE, NEC, FIDIC, Bespoke or similar derivative conditions. · Methods of measurement; SMM, CESMM, POMI · Knowledge of Standard Industry Specification & Conditions: AIA, EJCDC, ICE, ICT and FIDIC conditions, ASME, API, ASTM, BSI, ANSI, MIL Spec, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 1800.
