Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER FREIGHT FORWARDING UAE Experience: More than 8 Years Location: Dubai , U.A.E. Job Description · To develop and generate new business in freight forwarding. · Creating more revenues by the way of increasing volume and revenue from development of new clients and bringing back inactive clients of the company by various business development startegy's. · Develop and maintain business relations with key customers/clients. · Enhance the sales process while having a maximum focus on increasing profitability of the department. · Ensuring all compliances of the company are being followed and conducting a timely review of the processes and SOP's. · Innovate various marketing strategies not only to generate revenue but also to position company in the market as the first choice. · Continuous research and study of the various segments, business pattern and market competitions to tap new and hidden opportunities to be the leader in the market in rapidly changing business scenarios. · Ensure a complete and close coordination with operation/customer service/finance teams. · Implement innovative & different techniques used in pricing for various verticals of the business to optimise the procrement from the vendors. · Develop a good rapport with ocean carriers and truck (transport) companies. · Complete responsiblilty for the collection and billing of the all executed jobs in a timely manner. · Develop and mentor junior employees and ensure to develop a strong and responsible team · To have a cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues, in same and other departments and countries.
