Job Description : SALES HEAD AUDI VISUAL DUBAI As an experienced Sales leader, your responsibility will be to maximise revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies. You will already have experience managing direct reports, of which many will be sales professionals. A key aspect of this role will be to focus on building the foundation for maximising sales revenue and profit by providing continued support through communication with the assigned region/market Responsibilities: · Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale. · Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data. · Manage the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organization and their efforts to meet the sales target. · Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors through communication. · Deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets for UAE + GCC countries. · Ensure each distributor is allocated at the correct level of resource. · Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required by management team. · Sell out planning based on year seasonality and above · Maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung TV/AV products at the shop front. · Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues. · Identify key models and liaise with Marketing and distributors to establish them as HIT products · Liaise with Marketing and distributors to enhance product visibility in the retail outlets. · Country wise sales planning (PSI based operation) · Channel development · Distributor Management and Development · Co-Op Marketing Implementation Additional · Experience leading teams of Sales professionals · HR management such as recruiting, developing, supervising, mentoring and coaching for team members Key requirements: · 10+ years direct sales experience · Consumer electronics experience · Bachelor's degree · Regional experience preferred
