8 yearsJob Description : RSM DUBAI Based in Dubai, Munchbox is a rapidly growing exciting healthy foods manufacturer and distributor. We create our own recipes, manufacture, market and sell them in 3 countries in the GCC (expanding to more in the near future). We strive to change the way people eat and snack in the region, and to make eating healthily fun and affordable for everyone. To achieve this, we have invested in a loved brand, solid systems, and creating a winning team. We are currently looking for a regional sales manager who can solidify our direct to retail presence in the UAE, and rapidly expand our footprint in the GCC. Mission: The first mission of the regional sales manager is to hire the needed team and to manage the transition of the UAE business from a distributor model to direct to retail model for all our key accounts. Once this is successfully achieved, he/she and their team will have a mission to increase our sales by triple digits in retail, corporate and export. With this exciting job, you will get to: · Build, lead and motivate the sales organization, which includes: · Retail sales executives with merchandisers reporting to them · Corporate sales executives · Fleet supervisor with drivers team reporting to him. · Hire/manage existing/new distributors in Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman. · Analyze sales performance and develop the trade marketing plan for the brand. Review and approve in-store promotions plan/budget. · Assure high quality in-store execution in the region. · Scan the competitor horizon and work with the R&D team to develop winner products to fill any market gaps you find. · Manage the demand forecast with the factory to ensure the appropriate level of stock is maintained and no run-outs or over-stocking occur. · As a key team player in a fast growing organization, you will get to collaborate with other departments of the business (e-commerce, marketing etc….) and contribute to the strategic decision making process. · Have fun! · Apply if you: · Are willing to give what it takes to grow with a dynamic cool business. · Have 7 to 10 years’ experience in FMCG retail sales in the GCC region including 5 to 7 years of sales teams management. · Have experience in managing sales via distributors in the GCC in the snacking/confectionary category. · Have a deep understanding of trade-marketing, and have a track record in increasing sales via efficiently utilizing the trade market budget in the snacking/confectionary category (Demonstrating ROI driven thinking). · Are in it for the long term. Having well established connections with the buyers of snacking in key accounts in the UAE is a plus.
