Job Role : · All Machine Preform Machine Running Condition Follow. · Heaters, Chillers And Dehumdifier Condition Follow. · Utility Equipment Operation Follow Up · Production Plan Follow · Production Kpi Follow Up · Production Coordination With Plant Operator · Update The Production Entry In Erp · Minimizing The Power Consumption · Minimizing The Rejection · Reduction In R&M Spare Cost · Coordinate With Quality For The Necessary Quality Testing. · Daily Stock Monitoring · Preparation Of Consumption And Requirement. · Update The Rm Pm Entry In Erp · Monitor The Expiry Materials And Coordinate Production Plan Accordingly · Coordination To Purchase The Rm Pm Requirement As Per Std Procedure · All Machine Daily Points Checking As Per Pm Checklist · Implement The Daily \ Weekly Pm Works · Monitor And Train The Operator Practices · Monitor And Record The Utility Equipment Operation Parameters · Coordination Of Production And Quality For Necessary Improvement Activities · Implementation Of Preventive Maintenance Activities · Maintaining The History Record · Monitor Maintenance Handling Practices · Monitor And Upgrade The Entire Equipment Cleaning · Monitor And Clean The Idle Equipment · Coordinate With Accounts For Necessary Details · Coordinate For The Physical Stock Verification With Stores · Down Time Analysis · R&M Spares Monitoring
