Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER DRC FOR BEVERAGES BE / B.Tech + MBA project management qualified professional having 12-15 Years of experience from beverages industry into Project handling, project management and overall Plant operations, maintenance, supply Chain, Stores etc. Job Role : Project Management · Understanding project requirements, conducting detailed engineering of the projects with safety aspects and preparing master schedules for all projects. · Overseeing project activities from concept to commissioning stage including technical specifications, conceptualization, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations & maintenance, stabilization of plants, progress monitoring and manpower planning · Preparing the bar chart for civil / E&C activities department wise and tracking the to complete the project at the scheduled time frame · Pre Consolidating the proposal of local requirements like helpers, consumables, lifting equipments etc for the smooth execution of the project day to day activities · All the Contract work execution in Civil / Fabrication measurements to be monitored time to time, while the Running Bill / Final bill needs to cross verified and bill to be submitted with necessary supportive documents · All the cost expenditure related to project to be monitored and validated and to be focused with in a targeted Adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety and electrical installations · Managing complete selection of Equipment, Pipelines, Valves, Machinery, etc. · Steering the installation of Civil Work, Steel Structure, Equipment, Pipelines, Valves, etc. as per project requirements. Operations Management · Developing & streamlining systems to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters with expertise in implementation of quality tools · Spearheading plant activities with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of resources to achieve organizational objectives, preparing manuals & work instructions for operations for the unit and maintaining reports for decision making. · Achieving Plants supply targets, delivery schedules, quality & competitive output, turnover & cost reduction in line with the budget, compliance, quality, EHS and other parameters and guidelines as laid down by the company. · Overall responsibility of all Departmental (Utility & Asset Care, Packaging, Logistics, HR, EHS, Store & Procurement, Quality, Process, Finance). · Implementing Value Analysis and Value Engineering initiatives to achieve standardization and reduce costs. · Creating SOP’s for all Departments like Production, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, Quality, PPC, Logistics, and Design & Development. · Focusing on continuous improvement, benchmarking and following up on best Industry practices. · Ensuring availability of the products as per Production plan and as per the sales forecast · Identifying new capex projects to improve process, productivity and product quality. · Developing key alliances and excellent relations and discipline within workgroup. · Responsible to Leading the production Team · Responsible to Coordinating the Production & QC team to achieve the Yields. · Responsible for preparing and Maintaining the Production Zone against the FSMS standard · Responsible for regular monitoring of the Machine Condition and necessary corrective action. · Following all activities related to Periodic, preventive and proactive maintenance as per the schedule of Slice line and cup line. · Reviewing of Preventive Maintenance schedule frequently based on the condition, If changes required revision has been done through management approval. · Coordinating to Purchase the essential & critical spares through Purchase department · Follow all the Key performance indicators and target to achieve the same. · Responsible to Monitor and control the WRM activities to meet the Targets · Responsible to Monitor and control the Energy (Electricity) saving activities to meet the Targets · Responsible to implement the required safety measures in the overall Production activities. · Responsible for coordinating with Quality to full fill the production requirement. · Responsible for updating the DPRS, · Coordinating to Implementing the Preventive Maintenance Schedule For Utility. · Coordinating to implement the WTP & Syrup Room Preventive Maintenance.
