Job Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER TANZANIA FMCG MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY RESPONSIBILITIES • To appoint new distributors to minimize the distribution gaps in the region for intensive distribution. • To develop or increase business from existing customer by ensuring performance by product. • Responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitor's products and drive distributors to attain targets. • To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory. • Aggressive execution of Sales programs to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue. • Timely Collection of the market information to pre-empt its impact on the business programs. • Provide support and input into the development and design of the sales and marketing strategies. • Monitor, manage and improve service levels to ensure customers satisfaction, volume growth. mvw.linkedin.com/company/shugulika • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business Degree. • Minimum 12+ years of experience in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. • A combination of previous experience in sales, logistics, operations, finance, business development. • Proven track record in the management or an overall business or business unit. • Previous conflict management experience and excellent interpersonal skills. • Provenhistory of hitting sales targets & volumes. • Experience monitoring the market place to identify business opportunities.
