Job Description : 1) DEPUTY ADMIN MANAGER UAE Job Code: PF1/AM1/177 Industry: Maritime Job Responsibilities: Create and implement Administrative & Human Recourse policy & procedures and devise ways to streamline the processes to ensure that the organization complies with the legal requirements and best practice. Develop the Organization chart as per business need and maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Design compensation and benefits programs, monitor salary structures, balance employees need with cost controls, and ensure that the programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision. Develop and Implement policies regarding work conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, Attendance and Leave Management. Manage recruitment process in alignment with business objectives and strategic planning – this includes developing and updating job descriptions/requirements, preparing job posts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates. Sets policies and procedures for coaching, counseling, training and career development for students under scholarship program Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Staying up-to-date, interpreting and advising on UAE Federal & Local Labour law. Oversee facilities services and maintenance Build and Develop ERP system in relation to Administration & Human Resources as required. Empower, develop and mentor teams of HR and Administration. Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submits information for budget preparation; schedules expenditures; monitors costs; analyzes variances. Job Requirements: Minimum 20 years of corporate experience out of which at least 5 should have worked in senior Managerial position in U.A.E. Master degree in Business Administration & HR or equivalent Good understanding of Administrative & HR processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills & should be fluent in English and Arabic. High level of integrity and approachability Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions. Expert Knowledge of Federal & State Labour Laws. Multi-tasking, self-motivated and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred age – around 45 years Salary:AED 30,000 – 40,000 + Additional Benefits (Based on experience and qualifications)
