Job Description : CFO ( CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER ) INDIA The Company carries on the activity of Investments in Securities and other Financial Services .Has taken the membership of National Stock Exchange (NSE) to carry out broking operations in normal securities segment, index, futures and options. is also a Depository Participant of National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL), the premier Depository to complement the broking operations and become an integrated retail player. JOB LOCATION : GURGAON SECTOR 32 . We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with hands on experience in the field of Financial Planning and Management, Managerial Accounting, Corporate Affairs, Raising and Management of Loans, Dealing with Banks, Audit and Regulatory Compliance. Preference will be given to the candidates from the Banking, Financial Services and Hospitality Industry, Real Estate , Service Industry etc . Good understanding of Corporate Management Practices, Interpersonal and Leadership qualities are pre-requisites. Education: C.A / M.B.A (Finance) Experience: 18+ Years
