Administration and Security Head

Job Description : HEAD ADMIN AND SECURITY PORT HARCOURT NIGERIA 20-25 years experience Roles and Responsibilities · Implementing and improving the Security standards, protocols, policies and procedures towards effective security operations. · Creating and preserving a secured environment and ambience for all employees, contractors, visitors and others. · Planning and directing the day to day security operations including surveillance, patrol and journey management · Leading and directing all available resources in resolving security incidents, issues and emergencies on timely manner. · Having hands on experience in Estate & Facilities management, Canteen management, Plant & Office Administration and Travel management. · Reviewing reports on incidents and security breaches and implementing measures to prevent the re-occurrences. · Implementing communication channels to gather intelligence & information both from within and outside the Complex that have security implications and implement action plans to mitigate security risks. · Planning and coordinating with all external agencies and authorities concerning Security and establish excellent rapport with them. · Managing administrative activities in coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders for seamless business operations. · Liasoning and Coordinating with the Govt. Departments and local prominent leaders for various approvals, NOCs and other administrative work · Planning and directing the Complex access control systems, CCTV System and security monitoring system to its effectiveness · Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses. · Recruiting and training security Managers, Officers and Guards Desired Candidate Profile · The preferred age group is between 45 to 50 · Only permanent defense service background preferred, should not be from short service commission, NDRF or BSF · Preferably Army Background · At least 20 years of service in Army and at least 3 years of experience in corporate · Chemical/petrochemical and fertilizer industry exposure is preferred · Ideally should be a science graduate Perks and Benefits Apart from monthly salary which is not a constraint, all in house facilities provided like family accomodation, in house hospital, in house school, other recreational facilities etc. The complete township is secured and fully facilitated for the benefit of employees and their families
