Job Description : Vice President/ Sr. Vice President Manufacturing Operations - Chemical Looking for a Dynamic, Inspiring leader to Manage Manufacturing Operations & Engineering Functions of a Chemical Plant. • The Incumbent Should be a Chemical Engineer from a Good Institute with about 25 years of Experience in any Bulk, Chemical Process / Large Organic Chemical Plant. • A Technically Sound Professional Capable to Manage Technical Operations with a Passion to Drive Change and Implement long term Strategy of the Organisation. • The Incumbent Would lead the Production, Planning, Engineering / Utility / Maintenance Functions of the Plants & Compliances of the Regulatory & Quality Standards. • Achievement Orientation on Targets and Ensure On time Delivery of finished Products to the Customers. • Would Manage & Leverage Optimum Utilisation of Resources, Drive Efficiency, Cost Optimisation Plan, Productivity Improvements through Lean and Manufacturing Excellence Tools. • Implement and Monitor Quality Management Systems. • Monitor Health, Safety and Environment at the Plant. The Incumbent should Possess Strong Leadership & Communication Skill.
