The concerned person should definitely have an experience in flexible or rigid packaging. Educational Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech in Plastics / Polymer / Chemical, MBA in Operations Management - The job entails managing entire Operations, Supply-Chain including P & L for Multi-Locations across India. - Will be responsible for enhancing Quality Management System, Operational Excellence and Cost Reduction Projects. - Will be Conceptualizing and implementing strategies for impr Boving bottom line by improving operational efficiencies. - Should be driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention and company goals. - Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements. - The concerned person should be taking the lead in expansion activities (Investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) - Analyse and interpret data and metrics. Create Reports for the management.
