Job Description : MANAGER DEMAND PLANNNING DUBAI UAE FOR PHARMA EXPORTS 1. Demand Planning & Management i. Ensuring accuracy of demand forecasting by evaluating historic trends and ensuring the voices of respective front end stakeholders are captured across the chain ii. Drive the consensus forecasting process from base to market, by constant coordination across nodes, referring historic KPI parameters 2. Inventory Management Execute all aspects inventory management processes by close control on stocking parameters and supplier accuracies. Inventory Ageing & Liquidation 3. Loss of Invoicing opportunities Root cause evaluation on lost sales opportunities and working out corrective actions in consultation with GM - SCM 4. Reporting & cross functional interface i . Lead the team of market planners with complete accountability on defined planning deliverables ii. Communicate with supplying plants on demand plans and amendments, product priorities, market, change implementation etc 5. Driving Pre S&OP and S&OP Process Required Candidate profile Graduate (Preferably B Pharm) and MBA candidate should have Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Demand Planning & Logistics (Export Markets). Hands on experience in demand management - fixing stock norms, inventory reviews, S&OP, etc. Should be fluent in Hindi, English & MS Office. Candidate should be Accountable for developing and executing Demand and inventory plans to enable seamless availability throughout the supply chain. Candidate Should be Facilitate in achieving topline objectives of the organization through effective planning, thereby ensuring right products at the right place
