Job Description : CA FOR KSA Provide business analysis services at local or enterprise level. Assist in the development of options, risks, and costs of identified solutions. Conduct research and assist in the determination of solution alternatives. Work with business stakeholders to identify, assess and document business and technical requirements. Strong attention to detail is essential. Develop financial reporting tools that track financial plans against execution using accounting data Understand and consider both the business and the technical needs of stakeholders and user with the goal of providing a quality product or process that meets the business objectives. Examine costs, benefits and risks associated with the proposed investment/project and recommend alternatives for solutions throughout the business life cycle. Collaborate with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate and document business objectives and requirements by applying system and analytical thinking methodology and discipline. Understand business strategy and business planning principles and apply with minimal guidance in project work (areas may include but not be limited to value proposition, mission/strategy, goals/objectives, technology assessments, funding, and management/administration). Perform data analysis, define and document business requirements, support translation to functional specifications early in the development cycle, and conclude with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete system. Seek opportunities for innovation and collaboration with other teams to improve existing processes or establish new ones. Assist project leaders in coordinating deployment of deliverables. Prepare multi-year cost estimates and detailed execution reports Maintain effective correspondence and in-person communication. Build credibility and rapport, and collaborate with others to understand their needs. Work in partnership with stakeholders to develop a solid knowledge base of business needs. Provide input for development of detailed project charter and plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects. May manage projects of limited complexity, which could include sub components of larger scale projects as directed by project leaders. Assist Quality Assurance team in translating requirements to test scenarios and plans. Required Candidate profile CA with any levels of US CFA will be ideal; candidates should be analytical and good in MS office. Previous experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equity research, business plan writing, due diligence, etc. will be useful.
