Job Description : SCM RIYADH, KSA A leading manufacturer of custom made furniture in the region. Oversee all aspects of entire supply chain, logistics and warehouse and ensure that practices are implemented correctly. Set the supply chain yearly budget in collaboration with department heads. Lead system audit for the supply chain by ensuring audit plans are in place. Oversee implementation & measure performance to deliver on supply chain KPIs. Ensure that service level agreements are in place between the supply chain & all key internal customers by leading development of SLAs, ensuring they are signed & monitor compliance throughout the supply chain. Coach and manage a team to be able to deliver to business objectives. Ensure proper and healthy stock levels, negotiate better terms and prices with current and future supplier to ensure that we get the highest quality products and the best prices. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a similar function with a Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience in Furniture industry is a big plus. Has an In-depth knowledge of supply & service contracts, logistics operations with Global Trade Management, and overall supply chain processes with a proven track record of cost savings, avoidance, and return on spend. Proven capability to negotiate supplier contracts. High energy individual showing enthusiasm for continuous process improvements and the ability to motivate others. Knowledge in MS Office package and ERP system is essential
