Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - FMCG Business Lagos – Nigeria Job Description: • Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO/ Business Head Will Create Shareholder Value by Providing the leadership, Strategy and General Management Skills Necessary to Grow the Company into a Dominant Player in its industry in Nigeria. • This Will include Development and Implementation of a Strategic Business Plans to Advance the Company's Vision, Mission, Strategies and Objectives and to Promote Revenue, Profitability and Growth. • The CEO /Business Head will Work & Coordinate with Management Teams Dedicated to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory & Marketing of World-Class Products and Services. • The Incumbent Would Act as the Key face of the Company, Develop New Customers and Manage Existing Customer Develop Strategic Partnerships and ensure that Overall Revenue and Profit Goals Development & Review of the Company's Business Strategy, & Execution of that Strategy to Obtain a leading Position in the Marketplace. • Ensure Revenue Growth is Achieved in a Responsible & Profitable Manner; both Organically and through Successful Completion of Mergers and Acquisitions. • Working with Management Team to Address Consumer Needs, Develop / Nurture New /Existing Customers, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, & Other Market Opportunities. • Provide High-level Strategic and Tactical leadership to the Board and the Management Team. • Building a High Performance, Innovative and Results-Driven Organisation. • Develop Performance Measurements and Ensure these Metrics are Achieved. A Chemical Engineer / PGDM Marketing with about 20-25 years of Experience in any Food /FMCG Industry.
