MEP Head

Job Description : MEP HEAD DUBAI This is a P&L role and will head the FMS (Asset Management and Maintenance of MEP services) for the company. Provide expertise, supervision, planning and daily coordination for the management of all corporate facilities. Includes but is not limited to building maintenance, equipment and capital improvements, sanitation and safety, budgeting, record keeping and reporting. Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of the BD and Bid process including generation and identification of business leads and manage the bid process, including accurate estimation and pricing in the Facility Management industry. Design a detailed project plan for major and complex projects for tendering process. Manage all activities related to project management, project implementation, project resource allocation within the project budget etc. Prepare a weekly & monthly report with projects updates and be responsible for the overall P&L of the Hard Services division. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects & clients’ satisfaction including managing on-going operational support & maintenance to clients. Negotiate & review all maintenance contracts renewals on annual basis Provide General Manager with regular written reports on facilities expenditures and plans, as well as information regarding compliance with all regulatory requirements. To be a successful extensive senior facilities management experience with a FM service provider, be able to lead a multi-functional team within a corporate environment.
