Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER NIGERIA FOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS 10-15 years experience Roles and Responsibilities 1. Strategic Communication Management: a. Develop Corporate Communication strategy b. Help COO to standardize all out-going communication from the Management desk c. Devise and execute internal and external communication processes d. Develop content and communication materials, as when required by the COO e. Provide guidelines to the Leadership Team on critical and sensitive reputation issues and communication related challenges f. Manage crisis communication across the business functions, whenever required 2. CSR and Environmental Affairs a. Develop and drive ongoing CSR activities in line with Groups Vision and Mission b. Lead, Plan and Execute annual Corporate Social responsibility plan 3. Media and Public relation management a. Prepare and streamline all public communication material for PR and media activities to improve corporate governance as per best practices within regulatory framework. b. Execute online reputation management and reconstruct existing website material. Minimum Qualification requirement: · MBA / PG Dip. in PR & Communication/Media Studies · Post Graduate in English Work Experience: · Minimum 10 to 15 years; at least last 6 years in senior Corporate Communication role. Skills Required: · Excellent communicator Both Verbal & Written · Strategic Communication includes Internal and External stakeholder communication · Crisis Communication Management · Customer engagement · Content writing abilities · Basic Media Interaction exposure · CSR & Environmental Affairs exposure
