Job Description : NATIONAL SALES HEAD GURGAON FOR CONSUMER DURABLES large consumer set-up with a revenue of over 1000Cr, having a significant presence in the Indian market and have seen a CAGR of 20%. They are looking for National Sales Head who can lead the entire sales department for them. This role is based out of Gurgaon. Job Description The chosen candidate would directly report to the CEO of the company, and would be responsible for the following: · Ensuring that sales target is achieved · Managing team of RM's, ASM's & executives and ensuring sales target is fixed and its achievement · Expanding distributor/dealer network · Provide sales management, budget control, and incentive planning · Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team members · Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, and Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. · Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. · Responsibility for profitability of the business. The Successful Applicant · The successful applicant should be a Post graduate from a premier institution · Close to 15-20 years of experience, with atleast 5 years in a consumer appliances or electronics setup in a national role · Must have in trade/ channel sales (Appliances- consumer durable goods) · Handling similar responsibility and team size of 40-80 people · Ability to manage situations that involve multidisciplinary areas and cross function teams · Highly Self Motivated, self-directed with a proven work ethic
