Job Description : GM SALES DRC FOR FMCG Responsibilities: Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields through channel managers and marketing manager Implementation of sales targets across the sales team Responsible for interacting with Brand suppliers for reports, marketing support and commercial/pricing matters. Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives Prepare yearly Business Plan for all the brands suppliers Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share Conduct regular meeting with sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports Coordinate, prepare and launch new products Ensure the confidentiality of the brand-wise client-wise sales turnover and other sensitive company information Motivate and monitor sales team on marketing and promotion activities Coordinate with administration, commercial and supplier to ensure proper supply chain Required Candidate profile Desired Candidate Profile MBA(Sales & Marketing), with 20â€Â25 years' of experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage Experience in similar industry and inâ€Âdepth product knowledge Good working knowledge of computers and data analysis Leadership/Managerial Skills Strategic Thinking and Good Leadership
