Job Description : CFO DELHI FOR BEVERAGES/DISTILLERY 20+ years experience As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to Managing Partner assume a strategic role in the overall management of the firm. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Firm. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: · Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. · Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. · Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the firm. · Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action. · Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Firm · Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. · Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. · Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget) · Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). · Develop and maintain capital budget · Conducting audit and Board Meeting etc. for furthering the business growth in terms of revenue as well as bottom-line Handling entire Banking Operation of the company including working capital management/enhancement · Raising of long term funds for new projects as well as dealing with Banks (at all level /Institution/ Private Equity for raising long term fund. Formulation of MIS & Budgeting implementation of various MIS Adhering to all kind of Statutory and Regulatory Compliances pertaining to taxation, FEMA, RBI, Service Tax, Custom, Company Law as well as all kind of Secretarial Compliances including relationship with PE Investors.
