Traditional Trade Manager

Job Description : TRADITIONAL TRADE MANAGER DUBAI This is for hygienic products · Provide leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Country Mananger on Traditional Trade channel to ensure business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy. · Develop sales strategies, plans and budgets for the Traditional Trade channel to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives. · Build, lead and develop a highly motivated, achievement-oriented sales team capable of meeting, or exceeding targets and profit margin objectives. · Develop sales team incentive plans to encourage and reward increased sales efforts and revenues. · Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement marketing programs and activities, monitor the budget allocation and evaluate their efficiency and impact. · Provide high level direct sales support to team leaders and sales staff. Maintain own selected accounts requiring executive level consideration. · Monitor operation of sales collection activity and ensure adherence to Company credit policy in order to meet collection targets and minimize bad debts. · Oversee all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and contacts to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in market share. · Manage the process of monitoring sales trends and competitor activity to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies. What you’ll need: · Proven experience as Traditional Trade Manager, minimum 8 years of professional experience with successful track record in FMCG companies. · Knowledge and experience of the Traditional Trade channel commercial approach, trends, processes and procedures. · Ability to lead and inspire the team of sales executives.
