Job Description : SENIOR PROCUREMENT ENGINEER BAHRAIN Prepare and manage all procurement contracts and other legal documents, which includes; negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, obtaining delegation of authority approvals, and ensuring timely execution of contractual documents Identifies and selects suppliers based on various criteria, including safety, assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation; considers requisitioner input, applies experience with prior purchases, current agreements and situations, may seek additional input from others. Administers Supplier/Contractor Pre-qualification requirements relating to Safety and Risk. BS degree in an engineering field from a recognized university· 25+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement environment or related discipline in a refinery or chemical plant
