Job Description : Operations Director Riyadh SAR 75000 Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the operation's performance Candidate should have experience managing small to large size project portfolios, knowledge of project controls with commercial awareness and be capable of undertaking and supporting business development within the region. Working knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry and preferably in the Middle East. Have the ability to seek, recognize and develop opportunities for creating competitive advantage, developing new business and developing new markets. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Fluent in English language. Understanding annual, long term and strategic business plans and goals. You must be a self-starter capable of working in a fast paced, multi-discipline mega projects environment Capable of managing multinational Clients. Excellent analytical skills. Possess excellent leadership qualities to run the business in most efficient ways. Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position. Background check is required for this position. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of a degree and 20+ years of experience, 8 of which should be in management.
