Spare Parts Manager

Job Description : SPARE PARTS MANAGER ANGOLA FOR AUTO 8-10 years experience Receiving and inspecting, incoming deliveries/ shipments of spare parts and supplies. - Maintaining all part codes and associated barcodes for parts. - Source new sorts and places parts on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequence. - Purchasing parts to maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the mechanical workshop and ensure that there is a healthy supply. - Maintaining suppliers and outsourcing potential suppliers that are cheaper or have better quality parts. - Overseeing the timely delivery of parts to and from their location. - Implementing and controlling the stripping and proper placement of all used spares - Identifying all useable parts on any vehicle purchased, or parts brought in and mark these to be entered into inventory. - Maintaining detailed records of inventory. - Keeping an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures. - Ensure that the Mechanical Workshop has the parts and spares it requires on hand in stock. Qualification · Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering/Automobile Engineering or related field with more than 5 years of work experience in the same or similar post. Or · Diploma in mechanical engineering/Automobile Engineering or related field with more than 7 years of work experience in the same or similar post. · Age: 35 up to 45 years · Gender: both Male and Female
